Time of delivery

Return, Exchange, Cancel
Returns and exchanges of bottles are based on unopened and unused bottles in principle, and cannot be accepted except for damage and initial failure.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for your convenience.
Old vintage bottles have a liquid level drop and aging deterioration due to the characteristics of the product. Please be sure to check the product image and notes on the details page of each product, and confirm your purchase.
When the bottles is delivered, be sure to confirm that there is no difference from your order.
If there is any difference, damage, stain, etc., please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
We will exchange products, refunds, etc.
Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges after 8 days of delivery.
For any accidents or damages during the delivery, please contact the courier's delivery staff or contact the courier on the invoice and return the goods.
In addition, we may not be able to respond even if you contact us about an accident or damage during delivery. Be sure to contact the courier and return the goods.
If the bottles are out of stock when returning a defective bottles, we will contact you and exchange or cancel it with any equivalent bottles.
We will bear the return shipping fee in principle.
